September 20, 2016 On September 1, 2016, the AHCCCS KidsCare program started letting more children sign up for coverage. If a child is 18 or younger and the family’s income is 205% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines (FPG) or less ($65,908 per year or less for a family of four), KidsCare may be an option.
