ARIZONA@WORK helps employers of all sizes and types recruit, develop, and retain the best employees for their needs. The ARIZONA@WORK mission is simple, to provide innovative workforce solutions to employers and job seekers. ARIZONA@WORK helps job seekers throughout the state with services and resources that help with the pursuit of employment opportunities. By developing the state’s workforce and matching employers with job seekers, ARIZONA@WORK strengthens Arizona’s economy. Through the support of federal funding, ARIZONA@WORK services are provided at no charge. ARIZONA@WORK connects you to the Arizona Job Connection website, an online job search portal that matches job seekers to employers. You can perform advanced job searches; create and post resumes; save your job searches; receive job alerts by email or text; locate a Job Fair near you; and much more – all for free. As a job seeker, it’s important for you to know that the Arizona Department of Economic Security (ADES) and Untapped Arizona, an independent organization that serves Arizona businesses by helping them recruit, retain, and promote qualified job candidates with disabilities, have partnered to support businesses to recruit and hire workers with disabilities to meet their workforce needs.
